Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m the founder and owner of Bright Link Talent. I found my passion for recruiting in 2013 when I started recruiting sales and tech support talent for a family-owned business. Since then, I’ve worked with many companies to identify top talent in industries ranging from financial services, technology, and marketing.
In 2019, I founded Bright Link Talent (previously known as Masada Recruiting), and began helping startups build exceptional teams. I’m committed to creating authentic relationships and inspiring companies to realize their potential in the workplace.
I graduated with a degree in Mass Communications & Information from Florida State University with a Human Resources certificate from FAU Executive Education. I am the founder of Women in Talent and currently serve as a board member for Girls in Tech - New York City. I’d love to work with you and help you succeed!
